Water Grill opened its first location in downtown Los Angeles in 1989, forever changing the palettes those eager to try their sophisticated and inventive seafood cuisine. In 2015, our partners at Crown AV were called on to design the AV footprint for Water Grill’s first location outside The Sunshine State, right in the heart of Uptown Dallas. Crown’s goal was to maintain a very cozy, yet upscale environment. Therefore they opted to place 16 TVs centrally located in the bar area so as not to disrupt the intimacy of the dining area. Crown never fails to deliver and SAVI proved to be the perfect tech solution for Water Grill.
