Every SAVI server you order comes with one year of complimentary av maintenance and support which provides advanced hardware replacement, access to television programming guide data within SAVI, software updates for the selected time frame, and prioritization of feature requests. After that initial year, you have the option to renew your ASM plan to ensure your clients do not lose access to these exclusive benefits. As a thank you for your continued partnership we are extending ALL Annual AV Support & Maintenance (ASM) plans for all previously purchased servers for one year from today. Upon expiration, you will be automatically invoiced for the next year to guarantee access to all ASM benefits. All newly purchased servers will continue to receive complimentary ASM for one year and will be invoiced upon expiration for the following year.
